I’ve been involved in property for years in some shape or another. But it is only this year, the year of the pandemic and spending so much time in one place that I have reflected as to ‘Why’.
It’s always been something of an ‘itch’. This itch has driven me to crafting a portfolio of places with my own signature.
Intriguing buildings found in wonderful places giving scope to create something special and provide homes in which people can live a life less ordinary. I love the whole journey for each!
This has since evolved from residential/living spaces to encompassing places to work and play.
What they all have in common is something ‘unique’
There is something in property both permanent and transitory, creating the opportunity (and allowing others) to add a story through the time of our custody.
So, these then, are my stories. I hope they help create a picture as to what excites me and I guess the sort of person I am…
