Million Pen Building

I shared this with the agent (demonstrating remarkable patience) who shared that they were about to appointed agents to - a small development within view of where we were. I could see in the distance what she was pointing at and my heart leapt. Facing us, some 500m away was the most beautiful terracotta victorian façade. This gave me the ‘feeling’.

The plans were shared, and I chose the penthouse apartment as it offered most scope for me to create an inspirational space. The internal floor plans were changed, the ceilings raised to the eaves, revealing the wonderful trusses. Glazed double doors to the living area, exposed brick uncovered around the windows.

The result is a wonderful, light, unique apartment in a stunning building.
